 We need consistency in order to create real, lasting change. The pathways in our brains have been carved out over time; these are our go to responses. Our beautiful brains are always going to take the path of least resistance. In order to change established thoughts and behaviors, aka the patterns that can keep us stuck, we need to intentionally interrupt these patterns and establish new ones.  Because it takes time and intention to create lasting change, these new behaviors are divided into bite size, attainable steps that add up to big change overtime.
