Restoration is unique because we take a holistic approach to wellness utilizing mindful practices, as well exercise, nutrition and healthy habits to restore and strengthen the nervous system and enhance both physical and mental resilience.

Through mindful action, new neural pathways are created, the nervous system shifts into a calm state, and your window of tolerance widens— which means you can handle stressors better.

We take a holistic approach to wellness which includes getting to know your nervous system through, grounding, meditation and specific tools and practices that strengthen the vagus nerve and increase capacity to handle stressors.

We approach goal setting in ways that are empowering and give you a sense of agency.

We view maladaptive coping with grace and meet behaviors that you want to change, with the knowledge that those behaviors kept you safe, and when you feel safe again in your body, you will be able to make positive changes that stem from self-acceptance.
